We deliver a thorough and ongoing training and development agenda designed to enhance job-related performance.

Training is without doubt one of the most important responsibilities we have as a business. We’ve always believed cleaning to be a highly skilled job, and we’re determined to raise the status of those who do it. Our people need to be trained not just in cleaning techniques and technology, but also in Health and Safety, and the importance of environmental issues.

The teams who train our cleaning services staff are skilled and experienced, and maintain close contact with their colleagues who specialise in Health and Safety. We have an important and successful strategy of recruiting our cleaning operatives mainly through introductions by existing employees through word of mouth recommendation.  This, along with candidate screening via our application forms and interviews, strengthens even further the level of security that we are able to offer our clients.

Full induction training is given to each of our new employees.  This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods to a BICSc level of competence, a full COSHH and Health & Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism and attention to detail that we insist upon and our clients expect.

All of our employees subsequently go through regular Health & Safety and cleaning refresher courses in which we re-emphasise how to effectively clean and manage different corporate environments.

All of Cromwell Clean’s employees without exception are ultimately trained to play a proactive role in ensuring that the highest quality standards are met, thus delivering customer satisfaction without compromise.
